Draft:Les Anges

Les Anges was a restaurant founded by chef Patrick Jamon and Jeff Fields in Santa Monica Canyon.^[1] Considered one of Los Angeles' most renowned French restaurants, it was in operation from 1981 until 1987.^[2]^[3] The restaurant employed Don Hartwell, a Los Angeles Police Department detective and cooking enthusiast, as a sous chef.^[2]
