Draft:Les Anges

Les Anges was a restaurant founded by chef Patrick Jamon and Jeff Fields in Santa Monica Canyon.[1] Considered one of Los Angeles' most renowned French restaurants, it was in operation from 1981 until 1987.[2][3] The restaurant employed Don Hartwell, a Los Angeles Police Department detective and cooking enthusiast, as a sous chef.[2]
