Lamers Bus Lines is a premier transportation company. They specialize in school transportation, as well as charter services and more.[1] It's Wisconsin's largest family-owned bus company.

History

Lamers Bus Lines was founded in 1944 by Wisconsin farmers Lyle and Ellen Lamers to serve the Grant School District and Nicolet High School, from starting with a single school bus to becoming the transportation provider for the Green Bay Area School District. In 1966, the company's headquarters opened in Ashwaubenon.

Lyle Lamers passed away on December 30, 2012 at the age of 97.[2]
