Lộ Lộ is a Vietnamese performer, host, and LGBTQ+ community advocate, best known for pioneering blingo (drag bingo or 'Lô Tô') events in Vietnam.
Early life
[edit]Lộ Lộ was born in 1988 in Kiên Giang.[1] She emerged onto the drag scene in the early 2010s, initially performing in underground queer spaces in Ho Chi Minh Cityand draws inspiration from both traditional Vietnamese performance art and international drag culture.

[edit]Lộ Lộ is best known for popularizing blingo or Lô Tô—a hybrid of drag performance and bingo—in major cities in Vietnam, including, for example, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City.
Public Image and Legacy

Participation in Miss International Queen Vietnam 2025
[edit]In 2025, Lộ Lộ competed in Miss International Queen Vietnam 2025, a national beauty pageant for transgender women. She advanced to the Top 14 finalists and earned the "Best Inspirer" award, recognizing her impact and inspirational presence throughout the competition.[3] During the talent segment, Lộ Lộ delivered a standout performance by bringing her entire Sài Gòn Tân Thời Blingo Troupe to the stage, presenting a theatrical act that blended traditional Vietnamese elements with contemporary blingo artistry.[4]
