Draft:Kakuli
Kakoli, in the Bakhtiari region and the city of Chalicheh, is a type of local bread baked in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province.
Ingredients
The dough for this bread is made from milk, flour, and nuts (walnuts, raisins, almonds), and egg yolk, safflower, saffron, cumin, and yogurt are spread on it and baked in a tandoor. [1] This bread is baked on various occasions in different cities and regions of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, one of which is some nights of Ramadan. This bread is also considered a souvenir of this province.[2]
The baking of Kakoli bread has a long history. The appearance of this type of bread is similar to old-fashioned barley bread, except that the custard is sweeter and nuts such as walnuts and almonds, and flowers are added to it.[3]
Durability
