Kai Zhou (Chinese: 周凯; born 1995 in Wenzhou, China) is a Chinese entrepreneur and financier. He serves as Chairman of NASDAQ-listed Waton Financial Limited (WTF.US)[1], Director of Waton Securities, CEO of Descart Lab, and Director of Taozi Education. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in Finance, Zhou was recognized in Forbes China's 2023 "30 Under 30" list and dubbed "the youngest bell-ringing founder of 2025" by media outlets. Known for his AI advocacy, Zhou proposes that artificial intelligence will evolve into "a new species coexisting with humanity" and actively develops AI-centric world systems.[2][3]
