Joseph Dillard Quillian (c. 1893 – October 24, 1968)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia from 1960 to 1966.

Born in Dalton, Georgia, he graduated from South Georgia College and Emory College. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1915.[2]
