Jessica Lark (born 4 July 2007) is a British middle-distance runner.[1]
Career
[edit]From Cheshire, she joined a local athletics club in West Cheshire prior to being coached by Trevor Painter and Jenny Meadows at the M11 Track Club. She finished in third place at the under-20 national championships in 2023 over 1500 metres and won the 1500m title at the England Athletics under-20 championships in 2024.[2] She improved her personal best for the 1500 metres by six seconds competing in Bury in 2025, to 4:11.36. She also improved by 4 seconds from her 800 metres personal best when she won the BMC Grand prix in Birmingham in 2:02.43.[3]
