Interdeimosexual or alternate name, Contrafodiosexual is a sexuality on the asexual spectrum that means aversion to, or fear of sexual penetration. Also, could be related to Genophobia. It can apply to a complete lack of desire for penetration too. Someone who is Interdeimosexual might experience sexual attraction and engage in sexual activity, such as mutual masturbation, etc. but does not want, desire, or fears any penetration and will not engage in it.
