IKworks, formerly known as Aeuro Inc, is a non-profit organization that distributes digital goods and services. Founded in 2021 by Yusuf Darwish and Ahmad Diab in Elk Grove California[1]. This article covers everything IKworks has done, what happened between 2021 through 2025, and major Milestones for the company.

HISTORY
[edit]In 2021, the 2 founders had gotten the idea to make Aeuro Postal Services, a local direct door-to-door service requested by only specific people. They could call or request a pickup via APS (Aeuro Postal Service) Website for a package, and the Postal Service would directly go to the pickup zone and go to the drop-off zone within the local neighborhoods in southern Elk Grove, CA. The unofficial postal service would continue services from late 2021 to mid-2022. By then, the service would not make a steady profit and to expand operations meant to hire employees and get recognized by the government. Both could not be done with current financial conditions which led to the dissolvement of the Postal Service. The postal service still had their website and in 2023 the website was slightly rebranded. It now ceased operations but is still live for anyone to check out currently (Home | Lb1683591091383 | ! Warning, this link goes out of Wikipedia). After postal service operations ceased in early June 2022. The goal was to create small online services to get enough profit to begin more professional operations such as getting an Employment program and filing an LLC with the state of California. The first service to be brought to the public was a novelty store, which just did basic resale. Other ideas for services would continue until September 1, 2022, when one of the founders, Yusuf Darwish, had moved to Portland, Oregon. . This also moved the main Headquarters for operations with him. This had now created a branch system, one in Oregon and one in California. Ahmad Diab, one of the founders, was now in charge of all operations that took place in the state of California, while Yusuf Darwish managed the Oregon branch. By then, both founders would continue trying ideas for profitable and useful services that consumers could use regularly, but all the ideas had ultimately failed. Yusuf Darwish decided that if they could expand operations geographically then they would get a better shot at being more available to customers. He contacted a local businessman in Vermont with the news that he would open a third branch in that state. The businessman ultimately agreed, and thus opened the Vermont branch, with the operations HQ being placed in South Burlington, Vermont. The Vermont branch would start making inconsistent profit by selling clothing items under the name of the businessman. The profits would be shared among the 3 branches for a couple of months, until the Vermont branch was given the greenlight to start doing independent operations in mid-February 2023. Not long after, the Oregon branch had gotten enough profit to open an office in Hillsboro, Oregon by reselling and refurbishing electronics. The complex would be called Aeuro Inc East, which sat on Course Street, just off West Union Road. The complex was used as a warehouse for a couple of months until the main Headquarters for the entire company was also moved there. They also added it as a Court House for Aeuro Inc's new service: We'er Inc.
WE'ER INC
[edit]We'er Inc would be a service that would allow travelers and tourists to stay at designated households, which were called Court Houses. At that time there were the following locations, where the first opened is at the top and the latest at the bottom:

Name | Location | Date opened | Date closed | Branch |
---|---|---|---|---|
Sentic Square | Elk Grove, CA | 04-03-2022 | 08-10-2023 | California Branch |
Sunset Square | Franklin, CA | 04-03-2022 | 05-16-2022 | California Branch |
Lombard Court | Bethany, OR | 05-11-2023 | 12-7-2023 | Oregon Branch |
Winooski Court | South Burlington, VT | 05-14-2023 | 05-20-2023 | Vermont Branch |
East Court | Hillsboro, OR | 05-22-2023 | 01-14-2024 | Oregon Branch |
Patton Square/
Bethany Lake Court/ Greenfield Square |
Portland, OR | 07-25-2024 | 09-17-2024 | Oregon Branch |
We'er Incs Headquarters was at East Court (Aeuro Inc East), then moved to Patton Square, before We'er Inc had ceased all operations on September 17, 2024.
AEURO LANDSCAPES
[edit]
Aeuro Inc would continue to experiment with different services until a breakthrough was discovered. A new service, called Aeuro Landscapes, would be a basic appointment-based landscaping service. The service started in the Oregon Branch then would move to the California Branch once enough profit was made. Aeuro Landscapes would continue doing business under their name until a branding happened in Late 2024 when it was renamed to YB Greens. YB Greens still does small operations around Oregon but in March 2025 they became independent from Aeuro Inc.
BRINK OF COLLAPSE
[edit]In late 2024 Ahmad Diab, along with most of the California Branch, seemed to have stopped working with the company, which meant that the California Branch would be mostly dissolved. This left Aeuro Inc with 2 recognized branches, the Oregon and Vermont branch. The Vermont branch would soon follow Ahmad Diab and also cease all operations, mostly because the Vermont branch was doing independent operations and had enough resources to continue on their own. This left the company with 1 branch and 1 person, the Oregon branch and Yusuf Darwish. After the 2 branches would be eliminated, Aeuro Inc had to close their only official office, Aeuro Inc East. The building would be demolished soon after. The site is still available on Google Maps (https://maps.app.goo.gl/xKh1qY2Qcx26PxCX6).
AEURO MAPS LOGISTICS
[edit]After the entire company almost collapsed in a matter of days, the Oregon branch would continue operating. Yusuf Darwish would make the first online-based service: Aeuro Maps Logistics (AML). AML would search online and in-person for references and data on locations that didn't exist on online maps, like Google maps. They would then add them to Google Maps and in return get traffic and ads. Here are some of the more notable locations AML has published, and still available:

Aeuro Maps Logistics still continues operations to this day under the name of IKmaps Logistics.
IKcode, the beginning of IKworks
[edit]
After years of being branded Aeuro Inc, Yusuf Darwish decided to experiment with coding. He created a branch called IKcode, which did mild code operation
s using HTML and Python 3. It ultimately worked, creating GitHub repositories for Python, which helped beginners learn Python. Then on January 10, 2025, IKcode began making a new programming language. To show off what it could do, Yusuf Darwish made a website using IKcode + HTML. It would become the official page for IKcode, and now, IKworks. The site is still available and live on google.
IKcode still continues operations to this day.
The beginning of the rebrand
[edit]
A couple months after the success with IKcode, Aeuro Inc was rebranded to IKworks on July 17, 2025, which also resulted in all past Aeuro Inc services to end, except for Aeuro Maps Logistics, which just got rebranded to IKmaps Logistics. Following that, IKworks had enough profit to open a recognized business with the State of Oregon on September 10, 2025, marking the biggest milestone in Aeuro Inc/IKworks history. The California branch soon reopened in the same month, but the Vermont Branch would still be closed/independent. All past Aeuro Inc branded assets were swiftly removed or rebranded following this milestone. The company also filed with the City of Portland for a business tax account.
IKworks on Google Play
[edit]Following the rebrand, on September 25, 2025, IKworks opened a Google Play[2] Organization Developer account, which allowed the company to distribute apps and other digital goods. The Developer account was actually opened on July 3, 2025, but no apps were released until the account was switched from individual to organization. Most profit now comes from the Developer account, now making IKworks main purpose to distribute digital goods.
Current projects as of 10-05-2025
[edit]Postal Service
[edit]IKworks is now working on re-opening the Aeuro Postal Service under Westward Direct Postal Service, or another related name. It will carry out the same operations as APS once did.
IKdesk Business Manager
[edit]IKdesk is one of IKworks main projects, it is a simple business manager that anyone can use without complications. The site is available and in working order for anyone to use. Although the website mostly works there are some UI and function issues in place.
IKcode website
[edit]The IKcode website is still receiving updates and getting new features added. Plans to rebrand the website to IKworks will take place anywhere between Late 2025 and Mid-2026.
Future plans
[edit]IKworks has multiple plans in action that are planned to open anywhere between early 2026-2029. These plans include Bike and Boat rentals at Bethany Lake in Portland[3], OR. The Vermont branch is expected to open in 2026 and a new branch to open in Washington. Contributions are available at the IKcode website.
