GoFormz is a SaaS company founded in 2012 and based out of San Diego. The software platform allows businesses and individuals to digitize existing forms or create new ones with their AI-enhanced no-code editor. Filling out digital forms on mobile devices and computers enables for data capture, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.[1][2][3]

GoFormz is a software as a service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses to digitize paper forms or create new ones using a drag-and-drop builder. It preserves the original design of existing paper documents while capturing data, even offline, such as images, GPS information, and electronic signatures.[1][3] The platform also functions as an electronic document management system, storing collected data and providing tools to organize and access records online.[4]

GoFormz was established in 2012 in San Diego, California.[2][3] In March 2015, GoFormz raised three million dollars in Series A funding from Cloud Apps Capital Partners and Floodgate. Matt Holleran from Cloud Apps Capital Partners joined the company’s board of directors.[5][6] The company has raised funding from investors including Shasta Ventures, Glynn Capital, Cloud Apps Capital Partners, and Floodgate, totaling approximately $35.8 million.[2][7][8]

In October of 2016, GoFormz announced a Platform as a Service partnership agreement with Project Consulting Services, Inc. (PCS), a provider of consulting and engineering solutions for energy infrastructure.[9] In August 2019, Eric Bezar, Enterprise Cloud Product Executive, joined GoFormz Board of Directors.[10] In July 2021, GoFormz launched an integration with Autodesk Construction Cloud.[11]

GoFormz launched its Mobile Forms and Workflow application on Salesforce AppExchange in April of 2022.[12] On August 6, 2025, GoFormz launched its AI-powered Form Builder. The new tool leverages artificial intelligence for form creation across industries.[13]
