Ensar Tafili began his football journey at a very young age in the city of Shkodër[2], a traditional center of Albanian sport. Raised in a family with deep sporting roots — with uncles known in cycling and a father involved in shooting sports — Ensar grew up surrounded by a spirit of discipline and a love for competition.
Football was Ensar Tafili’s early passion. He joined the youth team of KF Vllaznia, where he quickly stood out for his technical skills, vision in midfield, and composure during high-level youth matches. His strong performances opened the way for his selection to the Albania U-15 national team, where he gained experience and professional development under the guidance of the national team coaches.
At a crucial point in his development, Tafili spent a year at the sports school Shkëndija Tiranë[3], before joining the FK Partizani academy,[4], where he played for the U-19 team. There, he faced a higher level of competition and distinguished himself as an intelligent and dedicated player, securing a place in the starting lineup in several important matches.
After several years of experience outside his hometown, Ensar Tafili returned to Vllaznia as part of the first team, fulfilling one of his dreams: to play for the club of the city where it all began. He made his debut in a Kategoria Superiore match against Bylis[5], played at the "Loro Boriçi" stadium,[6], where he celebrated a 2–0 victory with the Shkodër team.
