The Emirate of Al Uyaynah or the Emirate of Al Muammar it's an Emirate that was founded and ruled by Al Muammar family in the land of Najd. Their lineage goes back to the Anaqir of Bani Saad of the Bani Tamim tribe. They were the rulers of Najd in the 15th century to the 18th century, and their capital was the city of Al Uyaynah, the capital of Najd and its largest city at the time, and it was also the second most powerful Najdi emirate before the Saudi state. The Emirate of Al Muammar was the most powerful Najdi emirate from both the military and economic aspects.[citation needed]
