Dorian Cleophas Shillingford, OBE (born April 9, 1930), was the first native Chief Medical Officer of Dominica post Independence.

Early life & education
[edit]Shillingford was born in Roseau, Dominica to Elford Shillingford and Josephine Deschamps. He attended the Dominica Grammar School in Roseau. He graduated in medicine at the Aberdeen University in Scotland, 1954.
Career
[edit]first native Dominican Chief Medical officer. He later became Chief Medical Officer of Barbados and the Chief Medical Adviser to the Government of Niger.Chief Medical Adviser to the Government of Niger.
