Deepshikha Nepal (born 5 January 2001) is a Nepalese beauty pageant titleholder, model and environmentalist. She was crowned Miss Cosmo Nepal 2025 and will represent Nepal at Miss Cosmo 2025 in December in Vietnam.[1][2]
Early life
[edit]Deepshikha Nepal was born in 2001 in Jhapa district, Nepal. She majored in environment and climate change at Tribhuvan University. She is also a speaker and MC at schools and businesses in Nepal and Actively engaged in campaigning and advocating for sustainable practices, she stands as an active youth dedicated to helping her country achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and tackle climate crises.[3]
She is currently working on the OMLAS project, Empowering Rural Women for Climate Action As an OMLAS fellow, Deepshikha's project aims to empower rural women in agriculture-dependent communities to address eco-anxiety and climate change. Through research, education, awareness-raising, and community action, she aims to equip women with knowledge, skills, and support to foster sustainable practices and community levels. The project location is planned for one of the rural areas in Nepal. Through her project, she will be contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4: Quality Education, SDGs 5: Gender Equality, SDGs 13: Climate Action, and SDGs 15: Life on Land.[4][5]
Career

[edit]She won Miss Jhapa 2025 and participated in a national beauty pageant in Nepal, on August 30, 2025 she won the title of 1st runner-up at the Miss Nepal 2025 contest.[6][7][8]
Miss Cosmo 2025
[edit]She was appointed as Miss Cosmo Nepal 2025 and will continue to represent Nepal at Miss Cosmo 2025.[9][10]
