Daniel Strode is a British author and consultant considered a leading figure in Europe on organizational culture and innovation.[1][2]
Biography

[edit]Strode worked as Global Director of Culture & Strategy at Banco Santander. In this role he was responsible for the bank’s global culture programme known as The Santander Way, adopted in many of its operations across multiple countries.[2][1]
After his corporate career, he became a consultant and keynote speaker on culture-driven innovation, advising multinational companies, startups, and government bodies. He has delivered sessions for clients such as Ferrari, AECOM, Wellhub, and United States Government agencies.[3][4]
He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at IE University in Madrid and at Bologna Business School in Italy, teaching on culture, leadership and innovation.[5]
