Career

[edit]

In January 2025, Ezell was appointed the acting director of the United States Office of Personnel Management.[2] After taking office, he ordered federal agencies to place staffers in diversity, equity, and inclusion positions on administrative leave[2] and to return remote workers to offices.[3] Ezell directed agencies to remove content that "inculcate or promote gender ideology"—contributing to online resource removals on medical websites—and to not record gender identity.[4]
