Submission declined on 12 September 2025 by Czarking0 (talk). This submission appears to be taken from https://independentaustralia.net/profile-on/carl-rhodes,460. Wikipedia cannot accept material copied from elsewhere, unless it explicitly and verifiably has been released to the world under a suitably free and compatible copyright license or into the public domain and is written in an acceptable tone—this includes material that you own the copyright to. You should attribute the content of a draft to outside sources, using citations, but copying and pasting or closely paraphrasing sources is not acceptable. The entire draft should be written using your own words and structure.

Comment: this is promotional CV like content that is copying some sources Czarking0 (talk) 04:53, 12 September 2025 (UTC)
Comment: May be notable as an academic, but existing references do not show significant coverage about Rhodes in reliable independent secondary sources - lots of work by him, plus some routine employer, institutional and publication profiles, but no SIGCOV. What about reviews of his books, for example? Paul W (talk) 08:11, 19 August 2025 (UTC)
