Byung Joon Han' (born 1959 in Seoul, South Korea) is a South Korean semiconductor executive and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Silicon Box, a semiconductor manufacturing company headquartered in Singapore.[1][2]

Han has delivered presentations at various technology and economic conferences on topics including the future of advanced packaging and the role of applied research in the semiconductor industry.
