Bill Collier (born October 29, 1980), better known by his ring name Big Time, is an American professional wrestler, athlete and entertainer. He is signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he a member of Order 4, and also is currently making appearances for the International Wrestling Cartel.

Early life and education

Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Collier's Alma mater is Greater Johnstown High School in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.

Professional wrestling career

Collier began his in-ring career at Allied Powers Wrestling Confederation in 2007 at Indiana, PA under the ring name Insaniac.

He then became a pivotal part of other pro wrestling promotions such as Pro Wrestling Rampage, Empire State Wrestling, Maryland Championship Wrestling, Southern Tier Wrestling, Revenge Pro, Excite Wrestling, and International Wrestling Cartel.[6]

In 2007, Collier made his debut in Pro Wrestling Rampage under his real name.

The next year in 2008, he defeated J Rocc in a tournament to become the inaugural PWR Heavyweight Championship.

In 2009 Shane Taylor defeated Collier to become champion later the same year Collier regained the championship for his second reign.

In 2010 he was defeated by Rocky Reynolds for the PWR Heavyweight Championship.

In 2012 he became champion for his third reign defeating Aaron Draven later that year he was defeated by John McChesney in a 60 Minute Ironman Match losing 2 falls to 1 losing his championship in the process.

In 2013 he and Shane Taylor won the PWR Tag Team Championships.

In 2014 Collier won the ESW Heavyweight Title defeating Chris Cooper, in that same year he won his second PWR Tag Team Championship with Jimi the Hippie as Homegrown Heroes.

In 2016 Collier, became a 2-time ESW Champion defeating Will Calrissian.

In 2017, Collier became a 1- and 2-time PWR Lake Erie Champion defeating John McChesney and Vince Valor, that same year he became MCW Tag Team Champions with Paul Jourdain as Guns for Hire.

In 2018 Collier won his fourth and final PWR Heavyweight Championship defeating Krimson (wrestler), in a Sadistic Symphony of Destruction match, also in that same year he won his second MCW Tag Team Championship with Jourdain.

In 2019 Collier defeated Pretty Boy Smooth for the Revenge Pro Wrestling Championship carrying the title for over 1,000 days, losing the title to John McChesney in 2022.

In 2021, he became a 1- and 2-time IWC Super Indy Champion defeating Brian Pillman Jr. and Matthew Justice. In 2021, Collier made appearances in All Elite Wrestling being winless in all matches, he faced men such as Adam Page and Jon Moxley.

In 2022, he became a 1- and 2-time IWC World Champion defeating Bulk Nasty and Elijah Dean, with one of those reigns coming short of 1,000 days losing the title to Duke Davis in 2025. In 2025, Collier debuted in under the ring name William Trudeau in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in losing effort to Sami Callihan. Collier returned to TNA as Agent 0. He will make his debut as Agent 0 at Bound for Glory (2025) with Order 4's Mustafa Ali, Tasha Steelz, The Good Hands Jason Hotch and John Skyler, as they face The System's Moose, Alisha Edwards, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, and JDC) in a Hardcore War match.[7] [8]
