Ava Caryofyllis (born 2011) is an Australian actress who is best known for her work in Bay of Fires,[1] Dirt Music and Little Monsters.
Career
[edit]Caryofyllis was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Caryofyllis made her feature film debut at the age of 7 in the 2019 zombie comedy film Little Monsters[2]directed by Abe Forysthe. Caryofyllis then appeared as Bird in the film adaptation of the novel by Tim Winton Dirt Music.[3]
In 2021, Caryofyllis was cast as Child Kate in the Netflix film Kate playing the younger version of Mary Elizabeth Winstead. In 2022, Caryofyllis appeared as Young Jane in Thor: Love and Thunder playing the younger version of Natalie Portman
In 2024, Caryofyllis was nominated for a Logie Award[4][5][6] for the Graham Kennedy Award for Most Popular New Talent[7] for her role as Iris in the ABC's TV series Bay of Fires.[8]
