Ascendion is a US-based AI-first software engineering firm that helps enterprises build, deploy, and scale technology.

Overview

Ascendion was founded in 2022 by Karthik Krishnamurthy. It is headquartered in New Jersey with 40 offices across North America, Europe, and Asia and approx 11000 employees and 400 enterprise clients globally.^[1]^[2]^[3]

In February 2025, Ascendion partnered with Axos Bank to upgrade its high-net-worth banking and accounting through the Zenith platform.^[4].

Ascendion was named Market Leader for Generative Enterprise Services, 2025 and Enterprise Innovator for Digital Engineering Service Providers, 2023 by HFS Horizons.^[5]

In 2023, Ascendion received a Globee Award for Company of the Year in IT Services.^[6] As well as recognized by Great Places to Work.^[7]
