Alex Botterill (born 18 January 2000) is a British middle-distance runner.[1]
Career
[edit]He won the under-20 title at the English National Championships in Bedford in 2018 over 800 metres and was selected for the 2018 World U20 Championships.[2][3]
He later became coached by Steve Cram.[4] On 2 August, he qualified for the final of the 800 metres at the 2025 UK Athletics Championships in Birmingham in 1:46.42, before placing third in the final behind Tiarnan Crorken and Max Burgin running 1:45.57.[5][6]
