Alessio Rasom is an Italian chef from the Dolomites in northern Italy, best known as the head chef of Si Dining in Da Nang, Vietnam.[1] Rasom has more than 20 years of international cooking experience and has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and Japan.[2]
Career
[edit]Rasom was born in the Dolomites, northern Italy.[3] He trained in Europe and Japan, working in several Michelin-starred kitchens before moving to Vietnam.[2] In 2023, he became head chef at Si Dining, an Italian fine-dining restaurant in Da Nang.[4]
At Si Dining, Rasom combines Italian culinary traditions with locally sourced Vietnamese ingredients.[1] His approach has been described as playful and passionate, blending “Italian roots and Vietnamese soul.”[3]
