Addverb Technologies Limited is an Indian robotics and automation company.[1][2] Headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, it provides automated storage and retrieval systems, autonomous mobile robots, pick to light systems and software for warehouse management and execution[3]. As of 2025, Addverb operates on four continents, with offices in India, the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.[4][5][6][7][5]

The company was incorporated in 2016 in Noida.[8] Its robot manufacturing facility based in Noida is one of the largest in the world in terms of capacity.[9][10][11]

Funding and acquisition

In 2021, Reliance Retail acquired 54% stake in Addverb for $132 million.[12][1][8][13]
