98 Wireless is a residential condominium located on Wireless Road in the central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. Developed by Sansiri, the 25-storey building was completed in 2017.[3][4][5]
History
[edit]Sansiri announced the development of 98 Wireless in 2013 as a flagship residential project.[4] Construction was completed in 2017, and the building opened the same year.[6]
Architecture and design
[edit]The condominium was designed in the Beaux-Arts style, with a limestone façade.[4] The interiors were developed with the involvement of international design consultants.[3][7]
The 25-storey building contains 77 residential units, ranging from two-bedroom apartments to penthouses.[3] The building includes a spa, swimming pool, and library.[8][9]
Sustainability
[edit]In 2017, 98 Wireless was the first residential building in Thailand to receive LEED certification for environmental and sustainability standards.[10]
Recognition
[edit]In 2017, the project received recognition at the International Design & Architecture Awards,[11] and in 2018 at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.[12]
