Douwtjie Hoogenboezem is a cricketer who plays for South Australia. He is left-handed batsman.
Early life
[edit]He was born in South Africa but moved to Perth, Western Australia at a young age.
Career
[edit]He played club cricket in Western Australia for Premier Cricket club Melville before switching to Fremantle in 2021-22. He scored 269 runs in three innings for Western Australia Second-XI in the 2024-25 season, including a 415-ball 128 not out against Victoria at Junction Oval in February 2025.[1]
He signed for South Australia in May 2025.[2]
