Demolition Man, unofficially known as the Helicopter Mission[1][2] is a mission from the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Plot

Avery Carrington asks the game's protagonist, Tommy Vercetti, to destroy a construction site. The player uses a van and a remote-controlled helicopter to deliver four explosives to the site. Guards and armed construction workers attempt to sabotage Vercetti, breaking the helicopter.[2]

Reception

Journalists have noted the mission's difficulty, stating that controlling the helicopter on a Computer keyboard is harder than on a Gamepad.[1][2] The task is further complicated by the construction workers.[1][2] Jake Dee from Screen Rant called Demolition Man the hardest mission in GTA: Vice City and emphasized that flying inside the building is more difficult than outside.[3] Jim Rowley from Looper, in his article The Most Infuriating Moments In Grand Theft Auto, highlighted Reddit users' frustration with this mission.[4]
