Claudia Gray is the pseudonym of Amy Vincent, an American writer of Science fiction, Fantasy, Historical fiction, Cozy mystery, and paranormal romance young adult fiction, best known for the Mr. Darcy & Miss TIlney series of mysteries involving characters created by Jane Austen, the Evernight series and her Star Wars novels: Lost Stars, Bloodline, Leia, Princess of Alderaan, Master & Apprentice, Into the Dark, The Fallen Star, and Into the Light.
Career
[edit]The second book in the Evernight series, Stargazer, was published in March 2009, and was ranked No. 4 in the chapter book category of The New York Times list of bestselling children's books in April 2009.[1] Beginning in 2019, Gray began working as one of the architects[2] of the Star Wars: The High Republic publishing initiative, helping to design the world and the characters within it. Gray's novel The Late Mrs. Willoughby was named as one of the Best Mystery Novels of 2023 by the The Wall Street Journal. [3]
Personal life
[edit]Claudia Gray holds dual citizenship in the United States and Italy, and as of mid-2024, resides in Italy with her husband, Paul.
