Minerals and phases associated with impact events, generally caused by alteration of impacted rock.

• Minerals within meteorite fragments are excluded as they have Category:Meteorite minerals.
• Some elements such as Iridium are included here because widespread dust due to impact seems different from meteorite fragments.
• Shatter cone and Planar deformation features are not included due to being structures which form within minerals rather than being considered a mineral - see Category:Impact geology
