Pages are added to this category by Template:PD-anon-expired. It tracks cases where the uploader reported that a file's copyright has expired, but where the file is not old enough for that to be the case in the United States.

• These categories can be used to track, build and organize lists of pages needing "attention en masse" (for example, pages using deprecated syntax), or that may need to be edited at someone's earliest convenience.
