Brehov (Slovak pronunciation: [ˈbreɦɔw]; Hungarian: Imreg) is a village and municipality in the Trebišov District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia.
History
[edit]In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1309. A convent of Franciscans friars was founded in 1752.
Geography
[edit]The municipality lies at an altitude of 130 metres (430 ft) and covers an area of 7.90 km2 (3.05 sq mi) (2024).[4]
