Blake Agnoletto (born 21 October 2002) is an Australian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Equipe continentale Groupama–FDJ.

On the road, he has notably won the 2025 Melbourne to Warrnambool Classic and was the 2024 Australian under-23 criterium champion.[3][4]

On the track, Agnoletto has won two national titles; one in the Madison and one in the team pursuit.[5]
