Bad Rothenfelde (German pronunciation: [baːt ˌʁoːtn̩ˈfɛldə]) is a municipality and health resort in the district of Osnabrück, in Lower Saxony, Germany.

It is situated in the Teutoburg Forest, approx. 20 km southeast of Osnabrück, between Hilter and Dissen.
