- Construction of the New Manila International Airport located in Bulacan will begin.[3]
- The country's first Michelin Guide will be released.[4]
- November 2 – The barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections, originally scheduled on December 1, 2025, will be held in accordance to Republic Act No. 12232 which is signed into law by President Marcos on August 13, 2025.[5]
